Who We Share It WithWe do not sell your email address. We may share it with:● Google as a third-party service provider that provides our data storage services;● Legal authorities if required by law.

How We Protect ItYour information will be stored remotely on Google Drive cloud storage services. Data stored in Google Drive is encrypted in transit and at rest. Five Google accounts protected by two-factor authentication will retain access to your information.
How Long We Keep ItWe retain your email address for as long as necessary to administer the contest, unless you request deletion earlier (in which case it will be deleted) or unless you consented to future contact (in which case it will continue to be stored separately in our contact sheet for as long as you maintain consent to future contact).
We retain your anonymized (email address withheld) responses indefinitely for research and advocacy purposes.
